Chicken And Pepper-roasted Sauce Recipe
Ingredients 1 medium chicken, roasted 3 red peppers 2 red onions 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 jar passata Method Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cut the peppers and the onions into chunks. Toss in the oil and dried oregano, and roast for 30 mins until soft and lightly blackened. Cool and blitz with a hand blender. Mix in the passata and season. Serve with freshly roasted chicken.
