Blue Cheese Dressing With Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, cubed 1/2 Ciabatta loaf 2 tbsp olive oil 1 ripe avocado, sliced 1 kos, lettuce FOR THE DRESSING 30g Danish Blue 100g fromage frais 2/3 tbsp milk Method MAKE THE DRESSING Crumble the blue cheese in a bowl. Add the fromage frais and milk. Blend until smooth and season. Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Place the pieces of chicken and ciabatta in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat and season. Cook for about 15 mins until the chicken is cooked through and the bread crisp and golden. Chop the lettuce and arrange on a plate with the avocado. Add the warm chicken and ciabatta. Finally, drizzle with the dressing before serving. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
