Bacon Wrapped Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, skinless 2 tbsp soft goat's cheese 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper 4 rashers streaky bacon 1 tbsp olive oil Method Mix the goats cheese with the oregano and pepper. Cut a pocket in the side of the chicken breast and stuff with half the goat's cheese. Wrap each breast in 2 rashers bacon and place in an ovenproof dish. Brush with oil and lightly season. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with a crispy green salad. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
