Five Spice Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 8 chicken thighs 3 tbsp light brown sugar I" cube of ginger, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 5 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder 1tbsp white wine Method Trim the excess fat from the thighs and place in a tray. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken. Rub the marinade into the chicken with your fingers. Leave refrigerated for 1-2 hours. Heat the BBQ. Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess and place on the BBQ. Make sure the chicken is cooked through before serving. Cooks Comments and Tips For a more intense flavour you may want to brush on extra marinade whilst cooking. |
