Chicken Skewers Recipe
Ingredients 6 chicken thighs, skinned, boned and cubed 1 large red onion, cut into chunks 1 red pepper, cut into chunks 1 green pepper, cut into chunks oil or marinade for basting. Method Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread the chicken, pepper and onion alternately onto the skewers. Place on a hot BBQ.
