Spiced Chicken And Stir-fry Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients 4 chicken breasts, cubed 1 tbsp sunflower oil 350g broccoli florets 1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced 3 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 6 spring onions, sliced Method Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for 3/4 minutes until almost cooked. Cook the broccoli in a pan of boiling water, for 3 minutes and drain. Add the spring onion, broccoli, chili, oyster sauce and soy sauce to the chicken. Stir fry for another 2/3 minutes and allow the flavours to infuse. Season, and serve on a bed of rice. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
