Lemon Chicken And Noodles Recipe
Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, 1 tbsp sunflower oil 1 lemon, juice and zest 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated 2 tsp cornflour 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 250g noodles, cooked Method Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken for 5 minutes until well browned. Remove the chicken from the pan. Pour 200ml water into the pan with the lemon zest, juice, pepper, cornflour, sugar and ginger and blend well. Stirring constantly, bring to the boil and then reduce the heat. Now return the chicken to the pan. Leave to simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
