Chicken With Sesame And Soy Sauce Dip Recipe
Ingredients 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved 150g breadcrumbs 4 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder 1 egg, beaten 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 lemons, juice only 1 tbsp brown sugar Method Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6 Mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, five-spice and seasoning and spread on a plate. Dry the chicken, dip into the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on an oiled baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning half way, until crisp, brown and cooked through. Mix the soy sauce with the lemon juice and sugar to make a dipping sauce. Serve the chicken with the dipping sauce. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
