Chicken With Chili And Lime Recipe
Ingredients 10-12 chicken thighs 2 limes, zest and juiced 4 red and green chilies, deseeded and finely chopped 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp brown sugar Method Trim all the excess fat from the chicken thighs. Mix the other ingredients together and coat the chicken. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put the chicken into a baking tray and cook for about an hour, depending on the size of the thighs. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
