Tangy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, skinned 3 tbsp BBQ sauce 3 rashers streaky bacon, chopped 50g cheddar, grated Method Heat the grill to a medium heat. In a lined tray place the chicken breasts upside down. Brush with BBQ sauce, then grill for 5 minutes. Turn the chicken breasts over and brush with the remaining BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, return to the grill for 1 minute until the cheese starts to bubble. Top with the chopped bacon and return to the grill for a further 4/5 minutes. Serve with a crisp green salad.
