Chicken In BBQ Marinade Recipe
Ingredients 8 chicken drumsticks or thighs 3 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp clear honey 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tsp Cajun seasoning Method First make a BBQ sauce, in a large bowl mix the ketchup, honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, oil, vinegar and spice. Make 2 or 3 deep cuts in the thickest part of the drumsticks with a sharp knife. Put the chicken in the the sauce and mix so that all the drumsticks are well coated. Leave out for 1 hour, or in the fridge overnight, to marinate. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put the chicken and sauce into a roasting tin and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush the chicken with the glaze, then return to the oven for 15 minutes more. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
