Ingredients

3 med. potatoes

3 tsp. oleo

Method

Wash potatoes and pierce with fork.

Put in casserole dish and put about a teaspoon of oleo on top of each potato.

Cover with lid or saran wrap.

Microwave on high 15 minutes.
