Foiled Baked Potatoes

Recipe for Foiled Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

4 med. size red potatoes

4 tsp. butter or margarine

1 med. onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

Bacos

4 lg. squares foil

4 slices American cheese

Method

Place cubed potatoes on center of each piece foil.

Top with 1 teaspoon butter on each serving; then add onion and green pepper on each.

Sprinkle Bacos on top.

Fold up foil and seal firmly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

Remove from oven and carefully open top of foil and add slice of American cheese to each.

Re-seal and let stand for 5 minutes.

Open and enjoy.
