Double Baked Potatoes
Ingredients 10-12 potatoes 8 oz. cream cheese 16 oz. sour cream 1 tbsp. onion flakes 1 stick butter or margarine (or can use 1/2 stick) Pepper Chopped parsley to taste Paprika (lightly) Method Cook potatoes in water until tender; drain. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion flakes and butter; mix well. Spread into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake covered with foil, for 30 minutes. Serves 8. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
