Recipe for Crusty Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

potatoes

crushed cornflakes

salt

Method

Peel potatoes, dip in cooking oil and then roll in crushed cornflakes.

Sprinkle with some salt and wrap in foil.

Bake at 400 F.

for 1 hr, depending upon size.

These are good as fried leftovers, too.
